The work provides is "service" based and you are paying for the time and skills of the artist.

Shipping and handling: All portraits and tangible items are shipped via the US postal system with records of shipment. The products are shipped "as is" and you will not hold IF graphics nor its owners will responsible for possible damage or loss caused by the postal system after the ordered item has been sent out. You will be provided with previews of the product prior to shipment, as well as the shipping records and online tracking information where applicable.

Art usage: By commissioning me you certify that I (the artist) may put the artwork into my online art galleries as part of my portfolio or use it as a means to promote my art and websites. I will not put commercial art in my galleries until after the specified artworks are published by the client. I will not put personal art commission of portraits into my online galleries if specified by the client. Otherwise it is assumed that I may use all of my artworks in my galleries and as part of me websites.

Payments and Refunds: A down payment is required to start off your order. The down payment is used to pay for the time and effort spent on your project is non-refundable regardless of whether or not you would like to finish the project during the process of your order. The second half of the payment is made after the commission is complete and you have been shown a preview image. You may decide to terminate the project at anytime before seeing the final preview and avoid paying the second half of the payment. However, after seeing the preview image you must make the second half of the payment for the time spent on your project. The down payment is only for starting off your project and the possible time spent on it. You may not use the image without making the second payment. In the situation where you cease communication with the artist for longer than 2 weeks during the process of a commission creation, it is assumed that you are no longer interested in continuing the project. The project is then considered closed and no refund will be made. Payments for commissions of less than $30 is sent as a single payment at the beginning of the commission process and the rules for the downpayment applies to the entire payment of such type.
The artist will try her best to provide the best service and work within reason. You agree that you are choosing the artist based on the style of the portfolio. The artist will communicate with the customer via email during the commission process to work out the details on what the customer likes. This guarantees the product to be as close to the customer description as possible, and you (the customer) is required to make payments after seeing the final product preview. Currently the preferred payment method is paypal.

Disclaimer: By commissioning me you certify that the material provided by you and the commissioning material creation is of legal status to be worked on. You hold the sole responsibility for the content of commissions that you order. This means that I(the artist) will not be held for any copyrighted materials that I am not aware of given to me to be worked on. You certify that you hold the copyrights of the contents or images to be worked on and will take full responsibility of your commission order. By commissioning me you also certify that the content of your commission order is legal in your country. This means that if you are under the legal age of ordering erotic art where prohibited by law, you may not commission me for erotic art and the related. You certify that you will not hold me(the artist) responsible for your failure to comply to these rules.
